Un Pas Dosé A pure Pas Dosé, without added sugar, distinguished by its almost pink color and delicate foam with pink streaks. On the nose, it releases a light crust of bread and a symphony of aromas that explode in the glass.

LEONIA
The story of Leonia, Pomino Brut
We present a wine that encapsulates a fascinating and profound history. This classic method sparkling wine originates in Tuscany, under the elegant signature of the Marchesi Frescobaldi. It is dedicated to Marchesa Leonia Albizi in Frescobaldi, a descendant of an ancient and noble Florentine lineage. The Albizi, notable figures of the aristocracy during the Medici era, were involved in the dramatic Pazzi conspiracy. Thanks to their kinship with the Medici, they escaped the tragedy and lived in exile in Paris for two centuries.
Leonia and her brother, upon returning to Italy, restored the family's greatness. She married Marchese Frescobaldi, becoming the great-great-grandmother of the current Marchese Lamberto. In her honor, Lamberto created this sparkling wine, a tribute not only to Marchesa Leonia but to all the great Italian women.
We are talking about a classic method vintage 2020, composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. This sparkling wine, aged in barrique, enchants with its elegance: a refined bubble that releases on the nose notes of bread crust, butter, hazelnuts, and light hints of red fruits.
